
October 29, 1998 - The pattern that was used to create this set was created, almost by accident when I was playing around with a graphic that consisted of random color smears. I applied the Kaleidoscope II filter from Filter Factory Gallery A. I ended up applying it a couple of times, but what I ended up with was something that reminded me of the tie-dye clothing we used to wear "way back when." Actually, this set was so easy and fun to make that I created several sets based on this same theme with different colors.
You don't need a blank button with this set. All you have to do is use the eye-dropper tool of either PaintShop Pro or PhotoShop to pick up the background color from one of the existing buttons or from the background graphic. The font I used is called Bangle and I applied the drop shadow and 1 pixel stroke using PhotoShop layer styles. The buttons and title were recreated on August 14, 2006.
