Terms of Use

You may use these graphics on your personal or not-for-profit web pages as long as you adhere to my "Terms of Use" as follows:

• I require that you respect my hard work and generosity by displaying a logo (in most cases I provide a matching logo button) that links back to IS Web Designs. It must appear on the SAME page where you have used the graphics. If you have used the graphics on multiple pages in your site, the logo and link-back must appear on each of those pages. This is the code to use:

• Please send me an e-mail message and provide a link to the pages where you have used my graphics. When you do, I'll add you to my list of users. Why bother? Well, it's another link to your site. If nothing else, it might get you a few extra visitors and it might help your rating with search engines that use link popularity as a criteria.
• Please don't edit, re-color, re-size or apply filters to my artwork. Use them as I created them, with the exception that you may apply your own text to the blank button and title.
• Do not, under any circumstances, use any of my graphics in whole or in part on any commercial site without contacting me to pay the license fee.
• You may not include my graphics in another collection or archive
• You may NOT sell or distribute these images in ANY FORM WHATSOEVER, whether you charge for them or not. If you are a web designer and wish to use my graphics on your clients' web sites, you must pay me a licensing fee, even if the site you are creating is a personal or non-profit web site.
• These are web page graphics. They may be used ONLY on the Web on personal, not-for-profit web pages. If you collect money for any goods or services, you must pay a licensing fee before you may use my graphics.
